To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear reason for the return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees (if any) arenon-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
