Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must beunused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and clear reason for the return.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) arenon-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

  • In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds
